The SummaCut™ plotter are ideal
for sign makers who require a high-performance cutter with the
speed, precision and durability needed to create vinyl signs,
banners and vehicle lettering in volume production environments.
Packed with unique state-of-the-art features, SummaCut plotters
are ideal for companies that don't need tangential cutting or
the OPOS contour cutting alignment features that are available
with our SummaSign® Pro cutters. But by every other measure,
SummaCut is a true Pro level machine with technical advantages

Guaranteed Repeatability:
SummaCut plotters have the same patented drive drum system found
in our Pro cutters, so you can cut individual plot files up to
26 feet long with guaranteed pin-point accuracy. Or send
multiple files, and cut an entire roll without fear of skewing
off the pinch rollers.
Easy Media Loading: Integrated
media rollers and our unique roll-end flanges make straight
media loading fast and easy. Combined with our super-accurate
tracking, you'll never babysit another plot, even at top speed.
Volume Throughput: At up to 44
inches per second, the super-affordable SummaCut cranks out
vinyl faster than most manufacturers' best machines.

PLOTTER SERIES

philosophy has put our SummaSign® Pro cutters in a class of
their own.
Performance: SummaSign Pro handles advanced sign
applications with unparalleled speed, precision and versatility,
even under years of intense, daily use. Powerful dual
servomotors cut up to 56 inches per second while maintaining
pinpoint accuracy to a minimum of 40 feet in length. Summa's
patented drive drum system tracks better than any other media
feed system - including tractor-feed and active-steering systems
that cannot fully correct for poor tracking performance.
Technical Innovation: SummaSign Pro is the only
drum-feed cutter in the world with optional tangential cutting.
Often found in expensive flatbed cutters, tangential cutting
uses a motorized head that lifts and turns the blade for perfect
angled cuts, which drag-knife cutters can't match. If you're
looking for precise tangential cutting, SummaSign Pro is the
only cutter you'll want to consider.
Contour Cutting: The optional OPOS optical
positioning system automatically aligns printed images and
labels for exacting contour cuts. OPOS scans registration marks
on printed vinyl to determine exact positioning, then SummaSign
Pro's advanced firmware programming adjusts the plot file to
compensate for image rotation and scaling. It's automatic, far
more accurate than manual alignment systems, and exclusively
available with SummaSign Pro.
